Matthew Perricone
A veteran master of towing vessels and graduate of the SUNY Maritime marine engineering program, Matt is the owner and CEO of Lehigh Maritime Corp. With over two decades of experience operating commercial vessels in NY harbor, and over ten years of experience in the industrial maritime repair field, Matt brings an intimate knowledge of NY Harbor and a broad skill set in maritime operations and management to the helm.

Nate Rooney
Nate owns and operates Crosstie Marine, an affiliate company and frequent partner in Lehigh Maritime operations. Nate is a licensed master of motor and sailing vessels, a marine engineer, and a structural repair and fabrication welder, as well as involved in Lehigh business and development and project management. Vessel repair, maritime structure design and maintenance, and in-house operations all fall under Nate’s scope with LMC in addition to his work as an independent marine service provider.

Jessica Drollinger
Jess is a longtime captain both in NY harbor and beyond, having worked extensively in the commercial and industrial maritime industry including with tugs and towing. With broad experience in industrial projects and marine construction, in addition to being a licensed crane operator, Jess is a vital asset to LMC projects. She is skilled with both the operation and repair/maintenance of mechanical systems, and has worked on countless complex maritime projects. Jess is a skilled project lead.

Tim Miller
Tim Miller is the sole owner/operator of Eagle Ray Marine services, another affiliate company and frequent subcontractor on Lehigh projects. Another harbor veteran, Tim has been working in the maritime industry his entire adult life. Tim has worked as the licensed master of some of the largest boats in the harbor, held high-level operations and fleet management positions at some of the largest companies in the harbor, and operates independently doing vessel refit and maintenance work. He is a talented rigger, welder and fitter on LMC vessel repair and fabrication operations. Tim has managed several noteworthy vessel refit projects and is a sought-after delivery captain for commercial vessel owners.

Cara Magoon
Cara has worked and sailed in the maritime world her entire life, and is an experienced master of commercial motor and sailing vessels with extensive rigging experience. She is experienced in marine construction and fleet operations, as well as being a welder and fitter on vessel repair and structural fabrication projects. Cara owns and operates a small sailing charter business and is a sailboat delivery captain with deep sea experience, in addition to being a regular captain on commercial harbor vessels.

Madeline Barnes Hudak
Madeline is a longtime Lehigh Maritime employee who has also participated in some of the most noteworthy construction and repair projects done under the LMC umbrella. She is a deck department mariner and has worked in both marine structural repair/construction as well as vessel repair and refit projects encompassing both structural and systems work. Madeline has been a core member of the WMS floating dry dock restoration project, expanding her skill set to include structural welding and condition surveying.
